Stages 1 to 3 focus on mastering essential technical skills through a balanced mix of theory and hands-on practice.
As you advance to Stages 4 and 5, the emphasis shifts to supervisory and management units, preparing you for leadership roles in the tourism and hospitality industry.
Our programs combine on-campus study—where 50% is dedicated to theoretical learning and 50% to practical application—with immersive industry exposure. This real-world training is 100% focused on developing technical skills, understanding industry expectations, and becoming job-ready.

Levels

Level 1 : Building a strong foundation

In the first level, students are introduced to core concepts, technical knowledge, and fundamental skills essential for success in the tourism and hospitality industry. Through hands-on training and interactive learning, they develop a solid understanding of industry standards, workplace expectations, and basic operational procedures, setting the level for future growth.

Level 2 : Advancing technical expertise

Building on the foundations of Level 1, this level focuses on refining and expanding technical skills while introducing more complex industry practices. Students gain confidence through practical applications, problem-solving activities, and real-world scenarios that prepare them for more demanding roles within their chosen field.

Level 3 : Integrating business practices

At this level, students continue to enhance their technical abilities while gaining insight into essential business practices. They explore topics such as customer service management, cost control, marketing basics, and workplace efficiency, equipping them with the knowledge needed to operate effectively in a professional environment.

Level 4 : Developing supervisory skills

This level introduces students to supervisory roles and responsibilities, preparing them to take on leadership positions. They learn about team management, operational planning, conflict resolution, and communication strategies, ensuring they can effectively guide and support colleagues in a dynamic work setting.

Level 5 : Introducing management concepts

The final level focuses on advanced management skills, strategic decision-making, and industry leadership. Students explore business development, financial management, human resource management, and organizational strategy, enabling them to transition into managerial roles and contribute to the growth and success of businesses in the tourism and hospitality industry.
